He does not either - swapping the input shaft was his suggestion. I'm looking to get parts ordered during the Toyota 25% off - helps a lot when stacked on top of the online dealer discounts.

Does the parts list above otherwise cover what I need to order? Nothing comes up at US dealers for the split case. Any info / suggestions are appreciated!

Bummer. Yeah, then, getting a -60450 and swapping input shafts seems like a good direction to go in.

I would skip the spacer and the factory input gear and get the long spline gear set that Georg sells to replace those parts with a one-piece unit. Double check the gearing with Georg or Roark.

The rest of it should be a good starting point. Each truck and its needs are different.
