Hello all,

I'm putting my LX450 back together after FINALLY finding some of the LX specific body pieces. I do still need a lower valance (below the grill), but it's the same for Lexus or Toyota. My question is if it's worth going Original Toyota parts, or if the aftermarket piece is "good enough"? OEM is about $250, aftermarket is only about $45...

If Toyota still makes it, I still buy it.

I usually agree, this just looks like one of those parts where is might not really matter.

I actually just bought a new OEM valence due to a collision. I won’t risk quality and fitment for aftermarket body panels. Spend the extra coin and no worries.

I used a non OEM after I was hit in a parking lot. Painted it myself. No problems fitting up with OEM lights and fasteners.
