OEM Factory Winch - Stock Bumper Modifications?

Hi Everyone,

I recently picked up a complete and working OEM winch for my 80-series. Anyone have any photos of the stock bumper with cut-outs for the winch? Specifically, trying to get an idea of whether or not I need to cut an opening on the top of bumper to access the controls. Also, has anyone done a more modest modification and added a fairlead in the stock bumper like the photo below?

I did once recently that you might be interested in. In fact, the OEM winch and bumper was what inspired me. I saw a picture of a JDM OEM winch installed and thought I could do something similar.
