7:20 ish that's where we totally misread what those additional pads were for
Get those pads in place where the bolts hold down the cap? Looks like they would be good to have in place so the cap bulb gasket is not compressed too much when tightening down. Lots of thought seems to have gone into that cap. Looks good and has some nice features.
