Out of towners looking for fun cruisin'

Hi, We ('90 TLC HZJ73 and '89 Hilux both imported from Japan - RHD) would like to join your club for a few days of cruisin' after S&T in Pismo (Nov 2-4). We heard your annual Glitter Gulch Gambol has been cancelled.

We can be in your area around Nov 6-9 on our way home. We are going through Death Valley for a visit and camping. Got to be back in Calgary by Nov 11.

Where are you planning to go in Death Valley?
That is one of my favorite places...I go once a year and its a BLAST!

I wont be able to join you, but Id LOVE to!
One MUST SEE place is the Sailine Hot Springs...
Theyre hot tubs in the middle of the desert in a place you would never expect to see them. Theyre maintained by the state, so theyre cemented in with heat regualtion, there are showers, a lil place to do dishes...After wheelin around in the desert dust for a few days, that place is HEAVEN!
It is CLOTHING OPTIONAL, so if youre offended by naked people, it may not be the best place for you!
The Race track is really cool to see, Scotties Castle is great I hear (though Ive never been). There is a nice trail that starts at Ballerrat canyon...

Been to Scotty's Castle and a drive through (-285 feet below sea level) on my way to Baja but not much else. If you can email me (alsenj@gmail.com) off line with more details (maps?) , that would be great. Anyone that could join us (guide) would be greatly appreciated.

Ya know, It ain't like I've been MIA. I'm on mud all the frickin time. How is it I'm just now finding out GGG is off?:mad: I sent my Registration off in Aug.

So ... Now is there going to be anyone one really show up on the 26,27,28 Oct. And who? Mace, Hammerhead? I can change my Vacation dates with a 30 day notice.:rolleyes: I just don't want to drive all the way down from SLC to go wheelin by my self.

I think Mace begged off, some BS about his Dad's B-day.
I was all set for those dates until my wife took a temp job.
Now I'll be going down when ever she goes to Vegas for work.
I should know the exact dates by next week, she has some kind of meeting Monday.
I might be able to hook a couple of Yankees into tagging along.
 
Dad's Bday was set for the following weekend.

So I am okay for a day (overnight) trip.

So I got some Scope and started flossing.

:princess: needs to make a trip south to visit the Vegas office. Crack the whip and all that. She told she would schedule it whenever ther was something happening with the Toyota crowd down there.
I'll probably have Friday and Saturday to fart around, then drive back Sunday.

Either that or I'll have all week while she is in meetings.

I never explored around Mesquite when I lived there. But I'd also like to get back to places like Wheeler Pass. Is that still passable in a stock 100?

I found a small group going to moab this next weekend:D I already had Thur. Fri. off for GGG. I was informed today however that I have 3 more days to use or loose by mid Nov. so... I'm still open for suggestions. Just not for 27 or 28 Oct.
Moab's going to be 70 this weekend Hammerhead, come on up.
