FYI, I've got an OBD 2 reader with live monitoring and the ability to erase codes.

i have a cheapie OBD2 also that can read and erase codes too. only good for after you get the check engine light on .
if anybody needs one on this side of the bridge

I got a ScanguageII for my LX, its really handy for clearing codes (never get any mind you) and also monitoring engine parameters with out cluttering things up.
