OBD2 scanning vsc codes

Have a 02 LC. Have vsc off and vsc trac lights. Wondering if a OBD2 will read these codes? I read something about jumping terminals in the diagnostic plug under the hood to make the scanner read. Looking for info

If you have Techstream or an advanced code reader that can do C-codes, you can pull them OBD, otherwise you'll need to do the above method.

I bought a $200 scanner from harbor freight. I guess it doesn't do c-code

If your ABS module is malfunctioning, that could prevent any code reader tool from being able to communicate with it, which results in no codes provided.
