Get this one instead, you can go all the way up to M12. Then call them to order the SAE kit (it's cheap and if you are like me you will eventually use it). This is not built super tough, however, it gets the job done. The company stands behind their product, and the company's customer service is top notch. I have 100+ aluminum rivet nuts though mine.

.... so after you have the tool where do buy the threaded inserts that are M5-M12 1.25?

When I look it seems the smaller sizes are a pitch of 1.0 and larger are 1.25.

Does it matter? Don’t all OEM threads have a pitch of 1.25?
