I'm new to purchasing vehicles in PA so I understand that the title has to be signed in front of a notary. Are there notaries that stay open late as part of a larger business? I may need one in the Northampton area on this upcoming Monday eve.
I'm going to go look at a 00 Subaru Legacy Wagon and if the corrosion isn't crazy, I might just pick it up. If I do get it, have no idea how I am gonna bring it (and the rental car) to Danville but that's another deal.
This will be the first time a car I own is built in the same decade
