Not LC Related: RX350 Stabilizer Link Replacement

Decided to post here as the 'general tech' thread seems less likely.

Hey everyone,

My wife's RX350 stabilizer link ball joints are worn out/leaking. According to parts.com the whole link is one part (ref #5) and I'm looking to just replace the ball joints. Does anyone know if this is possible or will I have to buy the whole part? Thanks!

That looks like the anti-swaybar to me, not steering. And yes you have to replace the entire link.
