Not Cruiser But Super Beetle Color Options

I normally know what color I want to paint rigs, but I started a side project, a 74 Super Beelte. The origional color is bright yellow. I am going to paint it but can't decide what color. I have three choices: metalic medium blue, bright yellow (stock color), and candy apple red.

Give me some feedback on what you have seen or think would look good on the beetle.

My vote is for sunshine yellow with big pink flowers painted on the hood and doors. YMMV...

Talked to the boss (wife since she wants it to be hers) and with the origional color being yellow,I am going with that for the body and the side panels white. The same as this picture, but substitute the blue for yellow. My biggest concern is teaching her how to drive a stick. Better wiat to replace the clutch until after she learns!
