1973 FJ40 Landcruiser with factory PTO winch that is ready to be completed. It comes with all steel body parts needed that are in really good shape for their age, to include: hood, bib, fenders, aprons, front doors, windshield frame-needs glass, hardtop sides, fiberglass hardtop roof-that needs attention, rear doors-need love, rear hatch, and transmission hump cover. The roll bar is missing a mounting base that rusted off, but both of the seatbelts are there.
I have original front seats that need lots of love.
The floor has been cut out, ready for new metal, the tub and cowl have had some work done. You can tell the spots that have bondo, but inside those areas looks like solid metal. The rear floor and wheel wells of tue tub have diamond plate reinforcements.
The frame has had some thick plate steel added, I assume to reinforce after rust removal/repair, but looks to be a solid fix. Minor surface rust throughout.
The motor spins freely, and major parts are there.
Overall this is a great candidate for a trail rig I’d say.
