Thanks for putting this together guys, was a great run! We split off shortly after the last stop and found a really nice spot just outside of kendrick park. I cant believe some of the trails on the north side of the peaks are open, it looks like nobody ever goes back there.

This morning we hiked up to 9k feet, view from the top.

3 huge golden eagles were flying around camp all morning. This one had about a 5ft wingspan.

Living here in NoAz has many rewards, most of them having to do with the backcountry around Flagstaff and the other towns.
Flagstaff itself has turned into an overgrown, second-home college city; too much traffic, too much regulation, too many trains.
On the other hand, we finally have an IN-and-OUT...

Awesome pictures. It’s nice to see an area that was once scorched by wildfire become a beautiful landscape again. I love that area up there.

Thanks to everyone that joined us last weekend on the trails. We are now planning a fall overnight trip up north. Hopefully we will have a plan soon.

Botswana is nice in fall. And not that far from Flagstaff...
