Hello mudders,

I'm a LONG time lurker and native of SoCal. I bought this sweet 1995 FZJ80 about a year ago but have done nothing but swap the wheels for some new tires/stock wheels from a 1994 (needed new tires and they came with the wheels) and had to get aftermarket cats installed for registration smog test to pass. Looking forward to meeting up with some of the locals soon.

Currently needs: front axel rebuild, brakes(all)
Future plans: Super stock daily driver.

welcome! nice rig. If leaving it parked outside, I highly recommend keeping regular wax or a ceramic coating to preserve your clearcoat. Enjoy the ups and downs of the 80 life haha.

Thank you! Usually park it in the garage, but ceramic coating is not a bad idea!

Welcome to the club. Right off the top of my head I think RPM Garage might be able to help you with the axle rebuild if you do not feel like tackling it

Thank you! I've been buying parts for the axle rebuild over the last year but just haven't had the time to actually do it. Might end up calling RPM Garage if I can't get to it soon.

Antenna post gone (but it does go up and down sorta'):

(no pics)
Center console is tearing(seen above)
Sun roof has been sealed with silicone(?)
No mats
Only front windows roll down
Roof rack is missing
Several speaker grills are missing
Rear passenger fake step is missing
Rear driver (out)side step cover is missing
Floppy driver side sun visor

I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but will continue to add to the list to track and fix.

Roof rack missing is not a bad thing, it's saving you from rust. I'd check on those bolt holes

No hardware in those holes sadly, any idea what bolts would fit?
should be an M5. you want stainless with a rubber-lined washer.
