well it's been a few weeks and things just aren't working like they should.
The power steering install must be wrong, I just can't seam to get enough assist. Still feels manual, no power assist helping me out. So I plan to pull it out and reverse the slippers.
I cannot get the carb to run right, so back to the FSM for more testing and adjustments. Odd stuff like not keeping the same idle speed each day (low or high speed idle) so that's got to be a vacuum issue (but i've got 18in solid); when I drive it come to a stop sign or light the engine dies, crank and it starts up and idles so I think the mixture screw must be off; when the rig is pointed down hill even slightly the engine stalls and then doesn't want to start or idle without choke or pedal, so maybe the bowl is too low.
