Non USA Carb

I noticed Autozone sells remanufactered Canadian model AISIN Carbs for a 78 2F for only 260.00.

Does anyone know if this would have the vaccum advance? Could these be the same as the Non-USA Carbs Spector sells for 495.00?

The question is whether it has the big EGR tube sticking out between the fuel bowl and the throttle body.
