Non-USA 2F ignition parts

I'm trying to figure out when my non-electronic (points, condensor, external ballast resistor) ignition on the 9/82 OZ Troopy will correspond in US models...

It is my understanding that a US 1974 F ignition is essentially the same....

Am I correct in this assumption?

What is the dimension across the distributor?

If I had to guess, I would say that it prolly is going to match that of the US models from 75-77 [which also covers 74.....in CA only]
