Hi all,
After completing all the essential technical maintenance on my 2000 Lexus LX470 (apart from the exhaust manifold leak) there’s one essential item left before I can go on my holiday to Schotland: the subwoofer in my LX!
I’ve installed a Pioneer SPH-DA360DABAN head unit, but it’s currently not connected to the OEM subwoofer in the back. From what I understand, this isn’t exactly a plug-and-play job. I’m curious whether anyone here has any advice on how to connect this properly. Ideally, I’d like to get the OEM bass working with this head unit, but I’m also open to alternatives.
I’m not looking for massive bass so that my neighbours can hear me coming from three blocks away, but I would like my house tracks to hit a bit better than they would on a 1940s FM/AM radio.
Would love to hear your thoughts, it’s for the car below:
Thanks in advance! Hilbert
