I'm having no start issues with my 1991 landcruiser, the alternator seized when I was out wheeling, the truck would still crank and turn over. But once I towed it home and tried to diagnose, the truck would crank but not start. I replaced the alternator, but still no juice. None of the dash lights turn on, even with a full battery. And some electrical stuff works while others do not. Like door locks and rear air work, but windows and front air don't. Does anyone have any idea? I was thinking hot start solenoid but that doesn't track for all the issues, neither does efi main fuse because there isn't any dash lights.

First thing to check is, with the key ON before trying to start the motor is the CEL illuminated? If the light is off then it indicates the ECM is not receiving power. Most likely is a failure of the fusible links attached to the battery.

No dash lights at all, even when key is in on position, I ordered a fusible link aswell but with my research you will still have dash lights when those go out.

That is an incorrect statement.
It depends on which fusible link(s) out of the 3 failed. Since they all feed different subsystems and are all the main feeds off the battery for the entire truck, it's very possible that you would not have dash lights. All 3 links are in play in the charging system.
I would be checking each link with a meter right now as well as the rest of the fuses in the vehicle and downloading the Toyota FSM and EWD so you're not poking around in the dark.
Check fuses and links with a meter, not your eyeballs.

Ok cool i was unaware of that, I don’t own a meter (i know its dumb) so I still kinda am fumbling in the dark, since i have the fusible link on order im going to start with that and hope that fixes the issues. I do suspect that its more than just that though. Either way thanks, i didn’t know dash lights could go out with the fusible link. I was worried the wiring harness could have been cooked.

An update on the situation, I put in a new fusible link but its the same issue, crank but no start. Dash still has no lights, headlights will turn on but not off, door locks work but windows dont. A bunch of other stuff like that. Really scratching my head. EFI fuse maybe? but that wouldn't explain dash lights. Again, scratching my head.

You need to either get a multimeter and FSM to do systematic diagnosis, or take it to someone who will. Looking at it and requesting help with vague details over the internet is shooting in the dark.

I agree with CharlieS, get a voltmeter and go to town. Check all the fuses in the engine bay and interior fuse panel, fusible link, and all the groundings for the engine and battery (VIsual inspection is not going to do it, a loose grounding bolt will render your truck not able to start). If you have battery, your truck should start even your alternator is not putting out juice...
