1983 fj60, Not an issue I anticipated after a manifold gasket install. Just did my exhaust/intake manifold gasket (I have a header not an exhaust manifold, not that it matters with the issue I’m having). Truck ran great before, has been sitting in the garage for about a month while I found time to do the gasket. Put fresh gas in, cranks and cranks, carb gets fuel, not starting. Checked the spark plugs, none of them are sparking. Pulled the center plug on the distributor cap that goes to the ignition coil and did not see any spark there either. What could I have possibly messed up when doing the gasket? Only thing electrical I touched was the wire connection on the carb. Any ideas or something I’m missing?
