Here’s a weird one. My starter plunger got stuck so the vehicle only wanted to try to kick over, so I just changed the starter after a lot of diagnosis.it bolted everything back in and now no power to the vehicle at all. Found a “no key” nk-150 system in the kickpanel, think it was an alarm or disabler at some point but no clue. Are the plugs that are near the starter on a 1990 HDJ81 the main power? I wasn’t able to unplug any of them but wondering if I pinched one. Batteries are good, just can’t get anything to work, horn, 4 ways, ignition simply no power at all. Please help with ideas.

Make sure your connections are clean and tight.
I've had it happen on something as simple as the negative battery post just not tight enough.

Just start at the driver's battery with a multimeter and follow power.

Power goes from the battery into the two fusible links and into the power box on the passenger side. There's a 50 fuse there.
