Next meeting is Wednesday October 14th, 7pm at the 6 Mile Pub in Colwood.

If this date doesn't work for you guys, let me know what does.

We really need to organize a club run. Personally I feel doing a run from Nanaimo with Jim and Rob in the lead would be awesome. They seem to have found a lot of great trails up there. We should discuss what days might work in this thread, and finalize plans during the meeting?

1. Might be able to come to mtg...but with my VW :-(

2. Did the Nanaimo crew mention something about larger wagons not being able to get through the trails up there in places? If so, I'm out.

3. With my body needing substantial work I may not be able/ready to go wheeling within the next month anyways...

1. No prob of course! (and I think there are a number of VW owners in the club too)

2. We will pick trails that are suitable for all interested cruisers owners. Don't want to leave anyone out. Unless it's a completely bone stock bald tire setup....haha. So I would not worry about that.

3. If your truck is not ready, feel free to come as a ride along. Lots of extra seats, and will be nearly as fun.
 
I will be at the meeting. If Rob takes us on any trails that I can't get through, I'll just shoot him....kidding!!
Nick, if you come up for a run, I'm calling shotgun on your passenger seat. 60 needs a rest from the bush.

Could you guys do Wednesday instead? Turns out I won't be able to get out on Thursday, as teh wife is in a course that night and I'll be taking care of the monkeys.

Keith's 73 is pretty secure. He found that out when he locked his keys in it at work :flipoff2:
