I have some "Backroader" magazines that I picked up from Mat (Fantom) of Coastal Cruisers.
I have read the latest issue cover to cover and can honestly say its amazing. This publication focuses on BC. There are trail reports and stories as well as many great photos ( many taken by Mat himself). He has a real gift for photography, as anyone who has read the Coastal Cruisers Chilcotin thread will confirm.

The publication is a partnered with The Four Wheel Drive Association of BC.

Membership to the association is $20 (gets you 2 mags + cool swag)
Magazines are $7 otherwise ($5 for members who want additional copies)

The publication's focus is on environmentally friendly wheeling and keeping land open to responsible backroaders.

Inside you will run across many familiar faces and mud handles such as Kim, Deny, Fantom and our very own Glen Bridges makes a cameo appearance in the very issue I'll have at the meeting.

Let's support a great cause and get the island more involved in these matters, perhaps one day we can even host an event!

On another note: I got a tour of the Kal Tire re tread plant! I have pics, a video, and some tread samples! I'll bring all of the above + some information to the meeting.

Hey, your "High-ness"(with the stench of that centre console of yours), i'll grab an issue of the mag if you have extras and a subscription. I'll support the local boys for a good cause.
