Newest member of the fam, a 2018 in Nebula (1 Viewer)

this week, our 2018 in nebula gray got delivered to us here in LA from Ohio, and we’re loving it! wifey and I were also back and forth on the 4Runner and LC200, so how fitting was this, haha. Having just come off a Wrangler lease, also have previously owned an IS300, Datsun 510 and a couple of S14s, etc. Also currently ride a 2006 Ducati.
Super excited to build her up, but it’ll be a slow and very intentional process. She won’t be an overbuilt (well, not more than she already is from the factory) off roader/overlander. but she will be a very capable family daily, ready for weekend trips!
Got some wheels lined up already and a couple other things. Looking forward to sharing the progress and learning from y’all!

Welcome aboard. I was also debating another 5th gen 4Runner while hoping for some miraculous plummeting of 200 prices when I found the GX. Great compromise between the two. Let's see some pics of the 510!

Those things were a blast! Light, 4-wheel independent suspension, easily swapped out parts for bigger/better engines and trans and handled great!

Right!? Yeah, we reminisce about that thing all the time! Unfortunately was so wrapped up w our shop at time, she needed better owners back then. All good, on to more and better things to come!
