Welcome Paul from San Diego - I recognize the Mile-o-Cars. Couple of years back, I went from a TT 225 to an Avalance and I know what you mean about the difference. Now in an FJ as my DD. Go out to Anza-Borego/Ocotillio Wells and have a blast. BTW, invest in sliders, its money well spent. Congrats on your aquisition.

Like paul_858 I to am new to the forum.
I have had my Silver FJC, auto, 4wd since 7/23/06. I traded in my 2003 Camry V6 XLE. After 10 years of driving BMWs, I was just never satisfied with the handling and ride of the front wheel drive Camry.
My FJC looks just like Paul's (but without the roof rack). I also have the convenience package and upgrade package #2 .
I opted for few accessories. I didn't want to limit myself to what the vehicle came with from the mfg, but rather see what the after market released in the coming months. But I did get the oh-so-important passenger side arm rest. My wife insisted (I'm not whipped, I wear the pants in this family and she gave me permission to say so!).
Expect to see me asking a lot of questions and looking for advice in the future. It will be your chance to build a better FJC with other people's money.
