Well I may be eating my words. The F motor was seized and don't know if I want to do a full rebuild.
So options: keep 350 and TH350 auto and put a Toyota xfer case on so that the driveline is re aligned better and mount the engine to the proper height. Put on fuel injection.

I know of a 1F that you could pick up for relatively cheap if you wanted to stay stock rather than GM.

With time and cost crunch decided 100% on 5.3/ 4L60. Big day. Ordered power steering, AC and power brakes from JT outfitters. Ordered adapter and motor mounts from AA. Ordered tranny mounts from BTB. Shocks and some window channel from SOR.
Need to get the radiator and engine and tranny this weekend.
Pockets light.
