Earlier this week on monday I picked up this LX470 with 227k and am very excited to be back in a 4wd in the toyota/lexus family. I was driving a highlander that got totaled and I decided to go back to my roots, was looking at a 3rd gen 4runner but I know how well I fit in those and how well that V6 does on MPGs when it's weighed down. So bigger was the answer! It came with an icon 2nd stage suspension lift (2022), Ironman front bumper, a RIGd tire carrier, both the factory wheels with ko2s and the method wheels with the bigger km3s. Drove it home 5 hours with 4 of the 5 tires in the back and I'm already wanting a scanguage to better track my gas as my current gauge gets to 1/4 and only takes 12 gallons to fill up. Other than that and the tire noise of mud tires going 80 down I-15 she's a dream. That and as I was made aware by the seller I need to replace my steering rack as it's got a leak. Thinking the first mod I want to do is get some proper skidplates and sliders on. Already got some matching tan weathertech mats on the way as well to protect the sweet 04 carpets. Oh and yes the water pump, and timing belt have been changed within the last 30k miles so I'm rolling safe for a bit
