So ev'ry day Vince works on my Junk, he patiently takes pics of the progress along the way for our entertainment and posts 'em up on a website.

We all know I ain't no mechanic ... but so far I think I've done a pretty fair job of postin' up them pics on this here forum and tryin' to explain what's goin' on.

'Cept now.

Here's some pics that I flat-out ain't gotta clue what they are. But Vince posted 'em up so they must be important. :grinpimp:

The cable pics are of the shorter van cable needed for the driver side e brake. Notice the difference on the end of the cables. One has a hook and one has a hoop. The old axle is hook, the new axle is hoop.

The modified hook is made to work in place of a hoop, I hope....

You are doing an impressive job with the descriptions since you are just looking at pics!

I check on this thread most nights. It was every night until Lady Sonya left....

I'm sure Butch would 'preciate that.

Meanwhile ...

For the loyal followers of all my silly projects ... let's go back in time to the ill-fated Rubi and 'er Kamper.

With the air source on the Warn winch on the front bumper, Josh and I had to jackknife the Kamper in both directions in order to reach the trailer tires. Would of been a lot cheaper and easier to buy a longer hose but we were too focused on buyin' beer. :meh:

The result was destroyin' the high-dollar, piece-of-s*** hitch that married the two together. :bang:

The under side of this shortbed truck is gettin' really jammed up now. But the 4" exhaust has gotta go somwheres. :meh:

Looks like Vince used a piece of pipe to note the upward travel of the traction bar and a jackstand to show the upward travel of the driveshaft. So the exhaust goes in the lil' space that's left.

So that's it for this week.

Judgin' by the progress, lookin' like an on-time deliv'ry two weeks from today's realistic. :bounce::clap::bounce:

And one last picture.

A picture of a box.

What's the big deal?? ... it's the last of the parts and pieces I gotta buy. :grinpimp:
