Well I finally broke down and bought new shoes for the old girl. First a taste of the old.

You have to learn to drive Rob.
So here are first impressions. The tire is Hankook Dynapro MT 37x12.5x17. At highway speeds they are quite quiet, they feel lighter than the toyo when driving if that makes sense. These are a 10 ply. The rims are procomps 17x8 with 2.5" BS. Next will be to see offroad traction.

Here are my new shoes...
33x10.50s BFG ATs on 8" wide with 3.5" bs w/ .25" spacer if I remember correctly.
Sorry about the angle...
You can see how wide the 12.50 spare looks in comparison. I'll have to find a narrower one for a spare someday.
