You’ll probably move the stock cross bars easily as people like to add them to supplement the stock ones. I’ve been casually looking for a set but want to go local.. not worth much cost/trouble to me.
The main rack rails would be more difficult.. maybe for someone with an LX and their shorty rails.
Running boards: virtually none. Lots removed for sliders.
Seats: same. I have mine bagged up in the shed in case I ever sell this thing.
Edit: if you haven’t already, make SURE you research removing the stock rack before you go loosening things. It’s possible to lose some of the backing nuts above the headliner if things aren’t done correctly.
