A brand new front bumper is still available from Toyota. I'm curious if anyone knows what color it is by default. or even better, if someone has a picture of one.

I can get pics this weekend, but I recently purchased the front bumper, front bumper corners, and rear bumper corners and they are all pre-painted the same tone of gray. I believe it is the same color as the fins in the front grille.

My main concern is the front corners being the same color. It sounds like they probably are. Yes, if you happen to have a picture or take a picture that would be great!

The bumper corners and face don't match if parts are purchased new. Corners are darker.

purchased and installed a new bumper recently (center piece 52111-60540 + extensions 52103-60190/52102-60190) and also noticed that the middle part is much brighter than the extensions:
After checking various pictures from 80 series in original condition it looks like the middle part should be much darker, to match the extensions, like shown in this press photo for example:
So I was wondering if the middle part was meant to be repainted with Toyota UCA83 color ("Cool dark grey metallic" apparently) from the bumper color chart posted here to match the extensions (or maybe the other way around)?

To share a quick update in case anybody is looking for a similar info. It was actually the center piece (metal bumper) that came pre-painted in UCA83 new from Toyota imo.
This is now with the extensions repainted in that color:
Still not fully convinced that this was the only bumper color for 95+ 80 series from factory but happy with how it matches up much better now.
