Hello all! I am going to pick up a 1975 BJ40 on the 9th. A 1975 FJ40 was the first vehicle that my wife and I owned. Great times with it. Purchase in San Angelo, TX while at some military type training. Explored parts of NM, headed east to MA for more training then shipped her to Germany. # yrs there and brought her back. Not looking forward to a long slow and noisy drive from east coast to Monterey CA, we traded in for a Celica GT. Sad, I know. The BJ40 will be the last fun vehicle for us now. We still have a grocery gutter for the boring stuff.
There is one item with this Costa Rican LC and that is it only has AC. Old people need heat in the winter months. Advice on parts to get for the addition and if anyone has done this before?
She has power steering 4-wheel discs so that is all a plus.
