Devo,
That is the same inside panel. Held in with plastic clips around the perimeter and the fasteners for the latch, pull handle, and window crank.
On quick inspection latch and pull handle look easy to remove I’ll be back at the car next week but need to figure out crank removal.
With that being the door does that give a definitive answer to what regulator I need or still best to take it apart and confirm?

If it’s difficult to remove the crank clip with a screwdriver then maybe this tool will help

This is a door from 1963-1974 the window regulator may or may not work?
The door shells on the Colombian FJ40 you have are from 1976-1984 and were the world market.
The window configuration on the SA 40 Series are General Market and you may have to look outside of the USA 🇺🇸 for replacements?

The disassembly of the door parts and pieces is a 1 🍌 job. The crank has a simple clip that you push off. Like every window crank ever made!
The regulator is 1974 and earlier. Up to the date of the split door with exterior crank plate as shown in post #11.
Never removed a handle from the early two piece doors. Those are sold with the handle and plate that bolts to the outside of the door skin. Later windows are sold minus the handle that uses the C clip. Later window cranks have to be fitted inside a large opening in the door skin and moved to the correct location and bolts go from the outside in threaded holes in the window crank. To my knowledge only the hinges are interchangeable. Door limited needs a l little mod because of the differences in door thickness.
