what will i be doing

their has been a lot of different thought on what i will be doing, I think I want to defently make it stock appearing , but would like to put a 3b, or a cummins in the rig. The truck will will hopefully have a 4'' lift with 35''10.50 ssr swampers on painted black stock wheels&hubcaps. will not be doing spring over, want to be able to put it right back to stock height with no welding. The interier will be all stock back to the stock colors and seats. I will be geting a list of parts i need, like a couple of inside door handles, front bench. Going to get on with the lv after new years. Thanks

Wow! you wasted no time getting that thing dismantled! I'll send down the title when It come in! Its nice seeing that rig get some attention! Glad you trip was good.

Don't let the welding scare you off it's really easy once you get your heat settings & technique mastered ;p But most of all lay down the ca$h for a good 220V welder. I believe a Cummins is gonna require more lift that 4". If this is gonna be a DD, I'd at least get some comfy seats if yer gonna stay w/ the leafs. Can't wait to see more progress pics. I  LV's :bounce:

what the plan now is to stick to making it a solid running lv. Ive got a stock 1f motor with everything to make work from a diesel conversion on a fj40. I just want the body to be in great shape, and was thinking of doing more of a flat red, and white paint. Things can and will probably change further down the road . Thats somtimes the best part. dreaming. I'll try to keep up on the pics. thanks joe

Looks like a neat-O project. I'm located near you, work in Medford. We are getting quite a few 'mudders in Medford.. Maybe we need to get a run together. Check your PM. Welcome! Kief.

Wow, that looks great! Do you have any pictures of the roof or insides?
