New LC, brake squeak?

I've got a new 2019 LC, less than 1500 miles on it and it has a very quiet brake squeak. I bought the LC with 666 miles (that's not bad luck, right?) and it's always had the squeak. My wife can't hear it from the passenger seat, but I notice it.

Is this an issue of the car just getting broken in or something I should have checked out?

it might be the accumulator pump...i hear it on mine when I drive but nobody else does. It's awful...turn up the stereo.

If it makes the same noise when hitting the brakes while sitting still, it's the pump. If only when driving it could be legitimate brake pad/disk squeak.

Mine has never made a peep, whether with factory pads/rotors or TRD pads/OE rotors.

make a stink about it with Toyota. Call their main number and tell them you want a regional manager to look into it. I'd love for them to get enough of these that they actually do something about it. It's the most annoying sound to have to listen to.

Thanks for the tip. If I touch the brakes while in park, it does make the noise. I will now try to train myself to not hear it.

Realized I wasn’t clear. Mine does make pump noise, but not real disk brake squeak. It took me about a week to get used to it.
