Finished up our new interior on the 62 today. Cruiser Corps covers front and back, and new SOR foam for the front seats. Definitely sitting about 2 inches higher now and the seats feel great and super firm!! I'm really happy with the outcome!

I did the same thing a few years ago, with SOR tuff duck reupholster, but yours looks better. It's a good match with the interior/exterior too.
The only problem with new seat foam is that it renders the head rests practically useless, since you're sitting up so much higher.

I did it myself. I spent about 16 hours total over a few days on them. I was surprised how well they went on since I had never done it before. I took my time and made sure to note how the old ones came off and just reversed all the steps and also took a few pictures along the way. It's definitely a little bit hard on the hands and I cut them up some but nothing too bad. All you need are a few basic tools and hog ring pliars/rings, but Cruiser Corp sent rings with the covers.
Definitely worth doing yourself since you'll save some pretty good money not having a shop do the work.
You can pull the head rest up.

I haven't really looked yet, but I'm not sure if the head rests would get up high enough now. I'm sure the foam will settle with time and use, but I'm only 5'11"/190lbs and it really sets me up higher in the seat. I really had to readjust the mirrors quite a bit!!
Yes, but they don't go high enough. At least, not for me. (6.'5")

They probably wouldn't work for you no matter what!
I really like the Tuff Duck covers too! We just wanted to stay as close to stock as possible...You'd think someone would make the exact reproduction fabric for these. I considered the stripe pattern cover for the 60 series rigs, but finally decided that these might be a good option for us.
I'm really pleased so far with the quality of the cover materials and fit/finish so far.
