Hello everyone. My name is Roben from Oklahoma. I am a long time lurker first time poster. My rig is named the "boogiecruiser" it's a 2005 with 278K. It was a one owner when I got it a year ago and I could not be happier with it (other than gas mileage). So to pose my question. My passenger rear quarter glass seems to have an issue. I recently had it loaded up for a camping trip and there was some gear pressed up against the window. What wound up happening is after I hit a pot hole the window popped loose on the front half (not the hinge side). Is this a known issue/fix or do I just need to start digging into it? It seems like a nut backed off of it or something. The window is still intact and stays in place, but when I shut a door the pressure pushes the window out. The second part to my inquiry is does anyone make a solid panel replacement to the rear quarter glass? I know there is a gullwing kit for 500 per side, but I am just looking for a solid piece to fill in both sides? I like the idea of Molle panels inside and installing rotopax style cans to the exterior.

My ride as it currently sits.
