New front seats?

The seats that are coming with my HJ45 are not original, and are well worn. I have been looking at several aftermarket seats, but i ran across these on evilbay...

According to the measurements they took, the pair should fit... but my question is am I getting in over my head trying to make them work? Should i just be able to bolt them to the floor?

IMO, even low back buckets with no bolsters are a poor choice for the limited cab space of the 45. Especially so if you're on the taller side. At 6'3", I see the road ahead out of the upper 4" of the windshield frame.
