That's some great info there Ramon...gonna have to save that for future reference!

Thats a great deal. (calling Jon) I could only get 12'' travel in the front w/ the stock towers. Course I didnt lift it w/ a forklift until one tire was suspended to get full droop but it was flexed to the point of very tippy.

The rear has me confused though. I posted in the Nat'l forum but ill ask here too.

I believe its b/c the 1.5 ton springs/axle and no weight on bed, plus the extended wheelbase but my rear compressed and extended measurements are only 3'' apart???
I have the shock mounts on top of the axle and shocks like / \ .

I guess this is why the 8'' CCOT (HFS) shocks work in the back.

The ride with the new shocks is great. Had it all of a day before I dropped it off to get a little floor repair.

I had been planning to pick up this to tote behind the 45 but when I actually pulled off the road and got next to it I realized its pretty dang big. It is the same 5x9 that I have now but just huge and weighs 3 times as much as my trailer with same towing capacity somehow even w/ 14pk leafs and air brakes :D

had a pocket full of money but the no title and size realization has it on hold for now.

bed height is about identical to the 45 though, i would just have to get some sort of brake assist going. Still thinking its a bit big though. Too bad, its in really good shape. Makes me want to make an expo out of it but then the aluminum ones would be soooooooooooo much lighter.

THANKS :D
thats the one right there. he had two, and sold one last week. this one is nicer, newer, and w/ the canvas.

ok cool...yeah i remember two being there. Been seeing them up there for a little while...i remeber them being some of the better ones ive seen in a while

that looks big next to the 80.
think 'bout the 45...

Too heavy man. I would not buy one of those. Even the CND m101 is heavy

Who's the dude in the second picture? He looks familiar....

Isn't he that new member that showed up to the HAMOM in november but then never came back :hhmm:

I think that thing would make a great trailer for your company, but I also think it is to heave to subject the 45 or 80 to on a daily basis.
Time for a HD :grinpimp:

Flip side is what are you hauling? I suspect some of the stuff for the biz gets pretty heavy and that trailer is def built for it. I see the brake lines going to those drums, just not sure what triggers those?

If you can set it up so the trailer is stopping itself (and maybe just a little, the truck) that is perfect. Taking off... you have a 350, so in theory you can do some pulling, certainly alot more than you could put in the back of the 2wd yota.

yup, ive passed on it. this one's tag showed 2750 lbs empty and only a 3,000 payload????
So it weighs three times as much as my current trailer and is rated for no more load. Now i just need to add a 2' riser on the tongue  mini goose???

the drums are air activated

80-90% of the time im only trailering plants but the occasional need arrises to deliver one solo pallet of stone or stone slab steps etc. Thats where I hit that 3000k mark. My trailer has a 3500lb axle and weighs 760 lbs but it pulls great. The tacoma 4cyl w/ the 5speed did great and the 80 pulls it fine, I just cant see the thing behind me. With not pulling everyday, or even every week I could just dedicate the 80 to trailer days.

Or hunt down a 416 but their weight capacity is only 1500. The military trailer was just to further the marketability factor of the truck on the roads but I'll start with stickers; it gets plenty of looks alone.

Those military trailers will haul way more than the rating. I was told the rating on the little ones was to maintain their ability to float. Don't know if Thats true but I hall filled mine with WAY too much and it took it. Shoot, the tires are rated at something insane by themselves. They run 90psi!
