Brand new, black-painted fiberglass. I have one set for front (installed one on my '75) and two sets for rear. Should fit all BJ-70 series up to 2008. Not straight bolt-up, require some trimming on top edge. Include rubber flange. Bought 2 sets since shipping was same as for one set. See pics for what fronts look like installed.
