Need tie rod help

Hi im running a 89 toyota sas with a dana 44 up front i was wondering if anyone knew what tie rod ends i need? also what is the plus of going with heim joints? please any links or advice helps.

X2. You need to find out the taper on your steering arms.

Check your local laws, I know here that heim joints would not pass inspection.
