Need security bolts for 1UP USA bike rack

Does anyone know where to source these bolts? 1UP USA charges $5 /each + $30 shipping. I need three bolts.

I can also use one of these pan head security bolts but they want me to order qty=20 with expensive shipping

McMaster Carr doesn't carry 1/2 - 13 size. I suppose anything metric close to that size will work too as I'm not fixated on SAE thread, just need the size to be 1/2" or 12/13mm.
