i've searched all over and i cant seem to find a late model 22re efi harness pinout. i'm new to this forum so i apologize if i'm an idiot and just not looking in the right places.
here is the story. i have a 1986 pickup that i am just about done doing an efi swap on. i've done all i can and now i'm just down to the wiring. i've put the entire engine harness on and ran the three connector efi harness into the cab where i am going to mount the ecu. my goal is to make a "stand alone" harness and splice into the existing 22r cab harness. i've done an egr delete aswell. i'm using the tail light and engine harness from my donor truck which is a 1990 2wd. i've also swapped fuel tanks as i need the in tank fuel pump and ect. its my daily so i'd like the fuel gauge to work also. i need to see a ecu pinout of a late model 22re so i can figure out what wires i need to splice in. correct me if i'm wrong but i am going to need 12v constant, a switched 12v from the ignition, and a ground. also should i use the original 22r harness for the headlights wipers ect? this truck is my daily and need to get it back on the road pronto so any information is appreciated, thanks!
