Need help with springs (1 Viewer)

I am running OME Dakar CS004RA springs (sprung under) in the rear of my 40. I bought new fronts just now because one of them fractured from metal fatigue and now decided I should replace the rears at the same time. However I remember these springs had an overload leaf (or 2?) that I didn't use. I recall someone saying this made them the same as the CS017RA spring. I want to make sure I am getting the same arc and lift but don't need the overloads. Plus I would love to save some money since I am discarding the extra leaves.

Can anyone confirm this? Is the CS017RA the same as the CS004RA minus the overload leaves?

Thanks Kurt. Also thanks for the quick shipping on my front springs. Got them two days after I placed the order!

After some more reading I am trying the CS017RA's. Fingers crossed.

The mediums are a great spring and you can lighten them up and beef them up. We've even added overload leafs to them (my personal Cruiser has CS017R's with an overload on bottom). Good luck!
