I finally convinced someone to let me bring my 91 hzj75 troopy into the shop for some major repairs. I'll be doing FRONT and REAR axle seals and bearings, as well as front and rear brakes. The guy that owns the shop asked me to print out the pages from the official Toyota service manual on how these procedures are done, but I'm having a bit of trouble. My reaction has no diff place so I'm assuming I have a full floating axle. I'm trying to navigate the PDF file of what I think is the right service manual, but cannot find what looks to be the correct pages. Probably doesn't help that I only have access to a cell phone, and not a real computer. I'm still trying to find them myself, but I'll be taking it in in a few days. If somebody had pictures of those pages handy that would be awesome. Thanks in advance if you can help.

I guess I'm just a little confused because I've read that the front axles changed between 1990 and 1991. I was thinking about just printing out the PDF manual from the link below. If I'm correct I should cover my 1991 troopy.

The link I provided contains over a dozen manuals/supplements, so the FSM you shared there is included in it.

I can't speak on any specific changed from '90 to '91 however.

You'll be wanting RM183E, assuming your Troopy was a General Market vehicle. There's a pdf of that manual that I uploaded to the Resources section here.
For the sections you want:
Locking hub; pages 282-290
Front wheel hub; pages 305-313
Rear hub; pages 392-400
Brakes; pages 550-589

I highly recommend 3-hole punching them and putting in all in a 3-ring binder. Every time you need to work on a new part you can print the relevant section of the manual out and put it in the binder, eventually you'll have a pretty complete physical copy of the manual for your vehicle.

Hello,

The manual covers both types of axles. They are covered separately in the Suspension and Axle section.
