Photo of a used (intact) oil level sender to show how the connector is attached; appears to have been pressed in place with a flat ring followed by the housing being staked in three places. So you might could take a dremel and remove the staked rim and see what pops out but the blade contacts may be soldered on the inside?? Hard part would be finding a replacement connector as it seems as if that has been glued to a plastic base??
Easier fix might be if the plastic connector is still stuck in the harness side you could to remove it (from the harness connector) then glue/epoxy the broken piece back into place?? Best IMHO to remove the sender from the upper oil pan if you were to attempt any type of repair.
Would be easier to find a used part from Classifieds (or new while they're still available).
Post up a photo when you can showing the harness side and the broken connector
FWIW
