need custom sheet metal

Hey there, Ive got some bad rust where my wheel wells meet my tub on my 61. Ive grinded it and exposed it. I don't want to get into a major ordeal with replacing the wheel wells and all that. I am looking for someone that will bend some sheet metal and make a few welds to get me water tight again. My plan is to then Rhino line the tub (or equivalent).

So, where do I go in the Vancouver/ North Shore area?

There are some options out there, here are the most important questions that need to be asked:
How well do you want the damage repaired?
- really well so the rust doesn't come back and the repair appears like factory sheet metal and will last for a very long time.
- basic sheet metal work, cut out all the rust and manufacture new pieces to replace and repair the damage but without the factory finish (certain body lines, ridges, smooth lines and curves omitted)
- just get rid of the rust and make it work approach, cut out all the rust, weld in pieces so cover what got removed and approximately gets the body lines back, but is functional and still a good solid fix.
- just get the holes plugged approach, getting rid of most of the rust, a mix of quick sheet metal and body filler/seam sealer to patch the job and make it last for a year or two.

Then there is the other very important question, budget, how much do you want to spend?

Will you do all the prep work, removal of carpet, interior things that are in the way, etc. Will you do the work after the sheet metal is patched, sealing and paint?

Do you have any images of the damage to give an idea of how extensive it is?

I like either of your options two or three. I would like it to be repaired but it definitely doesn't have to look factory... just strong and waterproof. I have already torn all the carpet out and removed anything that is in the way. Yes, I will paint and put back together.

It's ready to go, I just want to get a couple of quotes so I know what I'm looking at. Budget? How about quotes first... I have a project truck. This is my daily driver and I wasn't planning on a big bill.

I just put blue skin over the holes so can't take a picture.

There are a couple guys on here (including me) that are set up to deal with stuff like that but without actually looking at how extensive the damage is, it's impossible to even start giving you an idea of the time and materials involved.
To give you an idea, my 60 had water coming in through the back. Turned out the areas in front of th wheel wells had holes in the floor and a little on the back of the wheel wells. When I tore into it just to patch it enough so I don't have water coming in, I found out I had nothing solid to weld to and it resulted in the 4 body mounts being rebuilt (in front and behind the wheel wells), 1/2 the wheel wells, and 4-6" of floor on either side of the wheel wells. That took 4 solid days of swearing, grinding, welding and fabricating.
