Hey. I got a 1981 BJ42 and the other day my winch blew up. Im not sure what to buy but it needs to be 24 volts and at least a 10,000 pound winch. any suggestions?

I'd recommend the Warn 8274, I know it's only rated at #8500, but it's proven to be more
than enough for the 40 series. And of course, you'll have a snatch block on board for
those really tough pulls.
