Need a 3 spd TC shifter fork

The shift fork on my vac shifter broke (71 3 spd TC). Anyone have a shift fork or whole vac shift? Or maybe a floor shift conversion? I have a TH350 trans, so would need to fab something to a floor shift work.

Must be why my traction sucked so bad.
