what are the wheel specs on these regarding backspacing and wheel width?

I have a set of these. 4 1/4" backset plus or minus The rims were available in the US a year ago but may be off list now- but still about $100 each plus freight. New tire on the rims would be a pretty good deal.

I can measure the rims if it helps determine offset. I have a set of 5 rims without tires also
